When placing your order please provide a phone number and email you check regularly, as we may try to contact you if we have a question about your order.

Most items can be printed within 3-5 days, but may take longer if the blanks are out of stock. We will reach out to you with options if your order is expected to be significantly delayed.

If you select In-Store Pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready!

Return Policy:
Decorated items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or misprint, or if you were given the wrong item. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our size charts page or reach out to us. We are able to order blank samples for some items for you to try on in our shop, however please give us a few days notice so we can order them in.
